Robert Mondavi established his namesake winery in 1966 with a vision to create Napa Valley wines that would stand in the company of the world’s finest. He chose To Kalon Vineyard in the heart of the Napa Valley as the home for Robert Mondavi Winery. First planted in 1868 by viticultural and winemaking icon Hamilton Crabb, To Kalon Vineyard has long been regarded as the source of Napa Valley’s finest Cabernet Sauvignon. Each block of Cabernet Sauvignon showcases its unique clonal signature and captures the essence of terroir. This celebration of individuality and focus on provenance and quality is at the heart of Schrader Cellars. Schrader Cellars was founded in 1998 by Fred Schrader, who set out to craft Cabernet Sauvignon with a single-minded focus on quality and provenance. Today, Schrader Cellars has achieved thirty-nine perfect 100 point scores from top wine reviewers – more than any other winery in the Napa Valley. The evening will feature an exclusive collector’s special, Schrader’s Winery-Only, Highly Allocated, 2022 Heritage Clone Cabernet.
