If you're a morning person, come on in and try this great combo class. First part of the workout is SPIN which is designed for all fitness levels; this class focuses on drills that build power and endurance. The classes are designed with high intensity bursts that push past your anerobic threshold to increase your cycling power. Second part of the class is STRETCH. You will feel better, improve your performance, and prevent injuries. A must for everyone!!!
