About Peter

Pete comes to River Creek after managing Fords Colony Country Club, where he served a dynamic and diverse membership and a club that included 54 holes of golf, 2 restaurants and 3,000 homes surrounding the course in Williamsburg, Virginia. His previous club and hospitality experience includes General Manager at Redstick Country Club in Vero Beach, FL, General Manager at Rehoboth Beach Country Club in Delaware, General Manager at the City Club of Washington in DC, Chef and Manager at The Four Seasons Atlanta, Manager and Director of Banquets and Private Dining Sales at Maggiano’s in Chicago (Brinker International). In addition, Pete earned a culinary degree from the Art Institute of Atlanta and is a certified Executive Chef. Highlights of his culinary career include cooking for Madonna, Paul McCartney, two presidents and three first ladies. Pete enjoys spending his free time with his wife Kristin and two daughters Charlotte and Kate.
